Certified advanced Esthetician, acne specialist /Founder and Owner

In my experience, I've found that one-size-fits-all solutions rarely meet most people's skincare goals. Connecting with my clients face-to-face, assessing their skin, and actively listening to their concerns has been key to my success in the industry.

When I began my career, there was no formal training in my specialty, and even now, available training doesn't match what I've learned through years of practice. Continuously exploring new ingredients, technologies, and updating skincare protocols remains my mission to offer better products and treatments.

Years of research have led me to carefully evaluate skincare lines and equipment for effectiveness across different skin types. Customizing products to address primary skin concerns is one of my most valuable tools, followed by addressing secondary concerns once the primary issue is resolved.

My knowledge surpasses that of a general esthetician. I've pursued ongoing education with academic professionals and doctors who deeply understand skin's nature and how to support its health effectively.

My passion stems from guiding clients to clear, healthy skin and witnessing its profound impact on their quality of life and self-esteem. I treat each client with equal passion and respect, whether they seek relaxation or serious skincare solutions.

Referrals mostly involve acne, anti-aging, rosacea, shaving problems, sensitive skin, and dryness. I'm grateful for advancements in technology, enabling me to offer treatments such as Micro-needling, IPL & Laser Treatments, LED Lightwave and Diamondglow.

Sneha Menon

Sneha is a Certified Advanced Esthetician & Acne Specialist. Her Advanced Esthetics Certification gives her an additional layer of expertise and specialization in skin health, allowing her the ability to perform treatments that go beyond the outermost layer of the skin to target and correct individualized concerns.

Sneha attended the Aesthetics Institute of Portland and obtained licensures as both a Masters Esthetician and a Certified Advanced Esthetician. She is highly committed to her ongoing professional development and remains at the forefront of new technologies, treatments, and skincare products.

Sneha became an Advanced Esthetician because she has always been very passionate about the beauty industry but was more fascinated by the science and health behind the skin. After joining the esthetics industry, she discovered an avid interest in skin health. She utilizes her strong background knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, and Histology to assist her clients in achieving their skin goals.

As an Advanced Esthetician, Sneha specializes in IPL, Laser, and Microneedling and uses her expertise in these modalities to complement and enhance the other holistic treatments she offers.

She combines her knowledge as an Advanced Esthetician and Acne Specialist to provide more services that will further assist her client’s needs. Whether that be for active acne, rosacea, dehydration, excess sebum production, sun damage, pigmentation, or aging.

Sneha believes that since the skin is the largest organ, we should prioritize its health the same as we would the rest of the body. Recognizing the unique needs of each client, she takes pride in crafting personalized solutions that extend beyond treatments alone. Her dedication to her clients’ well-being encompasses recommending optimal skincare products, encouraging healthy dietary and lifestyle choices, and providing mental health support, all to ensure lasting results.

After personally struggling with acne herself, she deeply understands how skin concerns can affect every aspect of life—from confidence to daily routines—and has made it her mission to help others feel comfortable and radiant in their own skin.

A graduate of Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics, Marina is passionate about combining education, results, and compassion in every service she provides. While acne care remains at the heart of her work, she also loves performing microneedling and advanced anti-aging facials targeting concerns like pigmentation and rosacea. Her approach is always personalized—she believes skin is never one-size-fits-all—and she takes pride in crafting customized treatments that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

Marina strives to create a safe, welcoming, and relaxing space where clients can unwind, feel cared for, and know they’re in expert hands.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Marina enjoys walking her energetic border collie, getting lost in a good book, and planning her next adventure abroad.
