Unlock Your Radiance with BBL HERO Photofacial!

Smooth skin awaits

BBL HERO Photofacial

BBL HERO stands for BroadBand light (BBL®) high energy rapid output (HERO). BroadBand® light, a type of IPL (intense pulsed light) device, differs from traditional lasers: lasers use a narrowly focused wavelength on the light spectrum, however, BBL uses a broad spectrum of light, to allow numerous wavelengths to enter the skin simultaneously. Not all IPL devices are the same, BBL’s innovations take this treatment to an entirely new level, to help trigger a skin healing response for collagen and elastin production, as well as improve many of the visible signs of aging. Sciton invented BBL HERO to allow medical practitioners to conduct treatments faster, safer, and better than ever before.

When you book a BBL HERO photofacial with B. Clear Aesthetics, your appointment will be preceded by an in-depth consultation to determine your needs. This allows us to discuss your skin type, your specific concerns, and the treatment area you’d like to address. We like to say that the BBL HERO is gentle enough for all skin types and sensitivities, but powerful enough to treat deeper skin concerns more than a normal facial could.

Forever Clear

The Forever Clear BBL HERO treatment is a great new addition to our acne program! It utilizes the power of BBL (Broad Band Light) to effectively help clear acne while complimenting the B. Clear Aesthetics acne program. This treatment works by delivering numerous wavelengths of light energy into the skin to target the acne causing bacteria, as well as stimulate and regenerate skin cells. It simultaneously uses a combination of blue, yellow, and infrared light to eliminate bacteria, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing process. The light energy also breaks up excess melanin and stimulates collagen production which can help to reduce the appearance of pigmentation and uneven skin texture. This treatment is typically done in a series of about 3-6 treatments with quarterly or semi annual visits for maintenance.

Forever Young

Forever Young BBL is a light-based skin therapy that works by delivering precise bursts of light energy into the skin targeting specific structures or pigments which may be causing the skin concern. The light energy is absorbed by the pigment or structures which causes them to break down and be eliminated through the body’s natural process. This treatment also helps the skin look smoother, firmer, and more youthful due to the stimulation of collagen. They are typically done in a series of 3-6 depending on the skin concern being addressed. Treatments are done monthly during the correction phase with maintenance quarterly.

Moxi Laser Treatment

Moxi is a unique non-ablative skin resurfacing treatment utilizing fractional laser technology that delivers laser energy in the form of tiny microbeams into the skin. These microbeams create controlled micro-injures which stimulate the body's natural healing response. As a result more collagen and elastin is produced. Moxi is a highly versatile treatment that can be done on all skin types and has minimal downtime. Moxi is typically done in combination with BBL for best results but can be done on its own. For anti-aging, most people need a series of 1-3 treatments with maintenance every year. For acne scarring and pigmentation related to acne, most people need 3-6 treatments with yearly maintenance.
